ReflectionClassConstant::__construct — Constructs a ReflectionClassConstant

public ReflectionClassConstant::__construct ( mixed $class , string $name )

Constructs a new ReflectionClassConstant object.

class: Either a string containing the name of the class to reflect, or an object.
name: The name of the class constant.

Returns constructed ReflectionClassConstant instance.

Throws an Exception in case the given class constant does not exist.
